Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the alpah66 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
alpah66 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the alpah66 platform. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of another person are prohibited.
All deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on alpah66 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.2 alpah66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.
2.3 Each Player may hold only one registered Account. alpah66 employs automated and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, alpah66 reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered account and to void any wagers or bonus claims associated with duplicate accounts.
2.4 By registering, you confirm that you are not self-excluded from gambling services through any self-exclusion programme, including those administered by alpah66 itself or by third-party responsible gaming organisations.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alpah66 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
3.2 You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account. alpah66 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
3.3 Any Wager placed using your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified alpah66 of unauthorised access and alpah66 has confirmed the breach in writing.
3.4 In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify alpah66 immediately via live chat or by emailing the support address listed at the bottom of this page. alpah66 will suspend your account pending investigation upon receiving such notice.
3.5 alpah66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Players who have enabled 2FA and suffer an unauthorised access event will be given priority handling in the dispute resolution process.
4.1 All deposits to your alpah66 account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4.2 alpah66 accepts deposits via the following MYR-denominated payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum deposit amounts and processing timeframes are displayed on the alpah66 cashier page and may vary by payment method. alpah66 does not charge deposit fees but cannot be responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
4.4 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. alpah66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly first-time large withdrawals.
4.5 e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are processed within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are processed on the same banking day if requested before 17:00 Malaysian Standard Time on a Malaysian business day.
4.6 alpah66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by alpah66 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict, the offer-specific terms prevail over these general Terms.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the offer terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in each offer.
5.3 alpah66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time prior to the offer being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited and accepted, alpah66 will honour the applicable offer-specific terms for the duration of the validity period.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multiple account registration to exploit welcome offers, arbitrage betting to satisfy wagering requirements, or collusion to generate artificial turnover — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. alpah66 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and Wagers and to close any accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
5.5 VIP programme benefits, tier thresholds, and reward valuations are determined by alpah66 at its sole discretion and may be amended at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
6.1 All Wagers placed on alpah66 are final once confirmed by the platform. Errors in Wager placement (including incorrect selection, stake amount, or timing) are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6.2 In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrectly offered odd, payout, or game outcome, alpah66 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the relevant Player accounts. This applies to sportsbook bets, casino game rounds, and lottery entries.
6.3 alpah66's sportsbook operates on the outcome of official sporting results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Malaysia for the Malaysia Super League; UFC for MMA events). Settlement will occur within a reasonable timeframe following official result confirmation.
6.4 Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at alpah66's discretion, including but not limited to periods of technical interruption, data feed disruption, or where market integrity is in question.
6.5 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by live dealer procedures, as applicable. All game providers operating on the alpah66 platform are certified under international gaming authority standards.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alpah66 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all associated Wagers, forfeiture of any balance derived from the prohibited conduct, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the alpah66 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and database structures — is the intellectual property of alpah66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the alpah66 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any alpah66 content.
8.3 The alpah66 name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to alpah66. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alpah66 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime or technical malfunction.
9.2 alpah66's total liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits alpah66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.2 Upon account closure, all pending Wagers will be settled in the ordinary course and the net balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method within a reasonable period.
11.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting alpah66 support via live chat. Voluntary closure does not entitle the Player to any compensation for unexpired bonuses or unfulfilled VIP tier benefits.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under alpah66's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12.2 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the alpah66 platform, you must first contact alpah66 support and allow a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for alpah66 to resolve the matter internally before pursuing any other remedy.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through alpah66's internal process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by alpah66's licensing authority. Details of this body are available upon request from alpah66 support.
13.1 alpah66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the alpah66 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Continued use of the alpah66 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
